SPADE again …

Posted by thinkingsec on August 21, 2009

Isn’t it nice, I spend ages writing a load of different posts, and the one that gets the most interest is the one quick note that points people to something else ! Typical :-P

Right, it seems that there is a _lot_ of interest in the SPADE plugin for Snort still, so why don’t we see what we can do about bringing it back to a maintained state ? I’ve started some forums at : http://forums.thinking-security.com where both SPADE and Snort can be discussed and we can take it from there – you’ll have to register to be able to participate or read, but even if you don’t want to actively participate, if you sign up to the Thinking Security Newsletter I’ll be able to let you know about any of the changes, improvements or other related things that are relevant.

I hope to see some of you soon !
